To apply for a place at the conference, please download the booking form (below) and save it to your computer, complete it and email it to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The form can be completed electronically then emailed to us. If you are unable to complete the form electronically, you can print it out, scan it and email to us. If you don't have a printer, drop us an email.
Only complete the form if you intend to make a booking. A link to Our booking terms and conditions can be found here. Only submit a booking form if you have read and agree our booking terms and conditions. Once we have received a booking form from you and sent you a confirmation invoice, a contract is formed and the delegate fee is payable per place booked. This is not cancellable and places/tickets are not refundable.
